32 with steady moderate snow, approaching 2 inches. Roads are not good. NWS Albany really blew this one.

This is another one of those beautiful "chuck steak" storms that I referenced a few days ago.

It didn't look very appetizing at first, but proper seasoning and a good sear can do wonders for small systems like this....

And now as the snow has ended, the plows have come through and light rain falls into the snow, the streets have turned to that dark gray, dirty slush that if hit with a fast moving truck or car tire, just perfectly, can douse unsuspecting pedestrians on the sidewalk in a shower of murky slush water. That thick wet snow looked beautiful earlier, but the aftermath of these types of snows is not appealing.

31.3° moderate snow, 3.2 inches so fa, doesn't look like will make it to 4.

58.5 inches on the season, 17 inches otg, and not one day in February so far with a snow depth below 12.5 inches, and 40.5 inches for the month. That is an A+ month in my book.

May just eke that 4 out CP, still a bit more on the radar.
Agree with your grade for February, it has been an epic winter month to remember!

Snowing nicely up here. Trees are covered. Looks like 4 inches. That suits me. Very nice. Temp is 31 degrees.
