I go with Zoo and maybe 2.25" since I usually last a fee minutes longer with a 2 mile separation and elevation. I woke up at 5am and looked outside and much to my surprise it was all white still with a shiny glean. Tempnwas at 35 at that time. LLC and HRRR did a number overall. The NAM went to far with WAA imo overall. HRRR and 3K NAM did well.

I echo Franks sentiments my friend.  Good to see you're still out there in the far reaches of the boards domain lurking and once again posting.  Cheers! cheers

You're killing me Al! From now on I'm waiting for you to post your totals first! Razz jk, what is your elevation? I know you are a tad higher than me.

Finished with 3.5. Had 6-7 hours of light/moderate snow. Downsloping in the valley kept accums down, not mixing. It did turn to sleet about 3am but most precip was done by then. Nam was too aggressive with warming. Colder models like HRRR did better.

So happy for our NW posters - it was not the abomination as shown on Friday and even Saturday peeps. Could it have been better of course but LLC held pretty good. Climo wins again!!

Holy smokes - just went out to throw the garbage out and the winds are biting now from the NW!
The ground is hard and like an ice skating rink and I had to put ice melt on my front walkway - it must be 1/4" of ice encased.

Buddy in Brick saying moderate flooding with high tide on a South howling winds and lagoons filled up real quick. His video are impressive.

My yard was a muddy mess earlier with the rain and snow melt. I went out about 10 am to shovel the slush before it could re-freeze. It was melting nicely earlier and had a few peeks of sun. Cloudy and windy now, temp down to 36 and falling.

rain washed away every hint of snow, feels balmy out compared to yesterday morning. Some mighty impressive wind reports especially LI with 69mph being highest NWS has. I slept through any winds there might have been here, did rb mention he had a t-storm? Did anyone else? Thats not normally something I sleep through though I was extremely tired. Ended up with a inch before changeover.

Thanks, sroc. This is first snowfall that's covered the grass since early 2021. It's supposed to hit 40 on Wednesday so it won't last but I'm going to enjoy it while it's here.

Yeah, the winds from about 2 to 4:30am were nuts. The wind was blowing the rain under doors and into gaps around my windows. Rainy Nor'easters always tell me where I need to caulk. Rolling Eyes

The plow man cometh and I shovelth. However, I am surprised there is no wind to speak of. Maybe 5 mph. By tomorrow the lows drop into single digits up here.
