I thought it already closed off
It's not supposed to until late tonight

I ask that you all please take it to banter if the EURO shows a solution you are dis-satisfied with. I bet no matter what NYC still gets a Godzilla blizzard. So please take it to banter. The complaints and whining.

Re: Update #4: Final Call Snow Map
The low is not closed off yet, but the trough is already negative. When a trough is negative, it tends to slow things down. When the low closes off, then the trough can capture it. The big question is when it happens. The sooner the better.tigernumba1 wrote:nutleyblizzard wrote:According to Steve D he says current satellite obs show the developing low off NC is clearly more west than currently progged by the models. I said that. NYC and west. But who cares. It's still crazy for LI and by far west of other models.

Quick update, De blasio is on still saying it will be one of the biggest blizzards in NYC history. NYC is in a state of emergency by De Blazio himself
