Telling you this right now, for those of us in SNOW MAN, Doc, and CP country (and myself), the old-timers used to say when it rains on the coast, you're gonna get it good. If they're mixing already, this may be coming more north than current guidance suggests. Time will ultimately tell, but that's a good sign for us well north and west.

That is odd, literally the surface, 925mb and up are all frigid. Whats your temp? I am at 27.

2 hours into JUNO Frank already called it. He talked about ...whatever the hell happened to that thing to the west. This storm is so different from ...u know who. Also...this has been building...and that one was talked up and then talked down. And this one is just looking amazing as it rises along the coast. God, i cant wait for tomorrow and I pray I dont lose power.

It seems as though the storm is moving faster and more north. Does that mean it will be ending sooner? Frank originally said 10-11pm Saturday but everybody has been changing final calls because this storm is a beast. Any ideas?

NYC and north maybe even into upper westchester is going to be buried and i fear many without power by tomorrow night. Of course this is my area I am speaking of, there are areas south which will be even worse off wind flooding but with more snow.
