Snowing heavily last 30 minutes in western Nassau and I'm sure all of LI. Roads starting to get covered.

Man it almost looks like it has tropical characteristics that "eye" and very defined rotation, wish it was right off the coast pumming us but blizz of 2016 spoiled me..

At a job site in tarrytown along NY side of Tappan Zee, light snow no acclumation here. Heavy snow low visibility on the Hutch near LI Sound to flurries on I 87 along the Hudson.
Even with the precip in parts of the city its not cold enough to really stack up. We may have precip but HV has the cold air.

That is crazy...I'm in West Babylon and have 2" maybe a little bit more on the ground and coming down pretty good

still snowing moderately 1.5" on grass. pavement has a coating roads wet. looks like it's having a hrad time acc with the sun up and temp at30* esp on roads

I'm 2 minutes from the coast here in wall township. Snowed a bit earlier but not snowing now. No accumulations. 35 degrees and sun is peeking through a bit.

New Hyde park on the north shore 1/2 mile over the NYC border. Moderate to heavy snow maybe 2 inches so far. It's so good to be out of the snow desert for a day.
