Frank, with no snow on the horizon, you should probably get rid of the Snow Confidence Level Index.

So quiet on here lately. So what's everyone's take on climate change? Especially since it was a hot topic the other day on news

Four days from today I'll be boarding a flight to Oklahoma City to join Extreme Tornado Tours Group 3 and I'm getting PSYCHED!! SPC is showing Fri/Sat as the most potential for severe weather in the past week and a half, hoping Saturday becomes the focus so we can all assemble safely and the hit the ground running! Cant wait!

I think as humans we have to protect the environment (deforestation, littering, etc.) but not sure I am convinced stuff like that drives "climate change"
It is a topic I honestly do not spend enough time researching. Maybe one day.

That is AWESOME! But PLEASE be careful. Too many stories about reckless storm chasing. Take pics for us.

Not sure if other forecasters on here posted one, but I do not plan to until late May.

If sunspot activity, etc. =a tiny weenie ice age=very cold winters in the next couple of years, has anyone seen any chatter on this? Of course, I have as much weather knowledge as my son has about what day it is.

Hey all, what a day yesterday- there are 16 in our group and unfortunately I am 3rd to the right of
Reed Timmer (red hat) and not in the pic! We intercepted a large wedge tornado- still in awe, I have 6 min of video on a Go Pro of it advancing towards us but Reed's video or Extreme Tornado Tours video is the same perspective, I'll try and get links posted but difficult from my mobile- maybe Janet can help - and Janet, you won't be disappointed when you get out here- no words to describe seeing this in person!!!
