Just made the drive from hell, 3 hours from AC to NNJ in the rain and wind, it was like a tropical storm at times....

1" in the bucket so far and pouring outside. Had to pull over on the GSP taking my son to his hockey practice tonight could not see!

Hit a couple of those downpours on the way home from AC, but didn't pull over. Luckily not many people on the road on the southern end of the GSP...

Did you get a new rain gauge or are you looking at my WU readings?

In the immediate term, no.

There is a threat of rain every day beginning tomorrow through next week. But the good news is it will be a tad warmer than previous week. Should manage to reach and surpass 70's on most days.

Really good Thunderstorm rolling through here right now. Heavy downpours of rain, frequent lightning, and some of the loudest thunder I've heard (that crashing variety). Woke me right up.

Holy Moly I think I am in Kansas I have not seen a l lightning show like that before streaks of lightning all thru the sky torrents of rain...insane and exciting...and funny mom staying with me this week and all of a sudden I have 5 dogs(my 2her3) in my bed...why my bed..lol
