Just got back from celebrating my brother in law's birthday anyway how they made the record low so far of 25°even though it's cold out I'm enjoying this weather finally it's below normal and I am hearing we are having a blocking I think the week of Thanksgiving or the end of November bring on the cold,snow, rodzilla, Godzilla .I cannot wait

Two in a row! Central Park set new low temperature records both today (11/11) and yesterday (11/10). The last time two consecutive record low temperatures were set in the park was August 6-7 of 1994.

Well got a 1/2 inch snow in Stillwater the other day, i have 5 cameras along the Appalachian Trail this one is at 1594 feet elevation, we are going to have a good snow season , good luck !

Frank, Again Many Thanks on all the hard work you and the other fellas do, i do a lot of hiking on the AT and will post pictures thru out the winter after every snow event, the cameras are between 1500 ft and 1700 ft, amazing what elevation plays in a snow storm! Good luck!

Rain will come to an abrupt halt in the next 2-3 hours. Cloudy and partial clearing remainder of the day. Rest of the week will feature sunshine with temps mainly in the low 50's

Have not been on much, new job is keeping me super busy and we really are not supposed to do anything but work on the computers but theres no IT monitoring them plus its not secured I can delete my history LOL. Anyways it was downright cold this past weekend, got out and did some outdoor stuff, my feet got a tad cold I guess I should worn boots. Back to chilly rain but nothing terrible. Cannot wait to see our first snow chances, even if its not to the coast I know we usually have to wait til Dec. or later.

Saturday late afternoon and overnight looks nasty with rain and possible high winds IF the Euro is right (posted that in banter cuz I am not buying it). Still enough to ruin some holiday plans outside.
