We'll have a better shot with that one being colder up here.Hoping for more snow than slop.

Just happy to get 3 or 4 out of this one.

If that moisture in PA doesn't get up this way then this storm could be over in the next couple of hours. Is that correct? If so, then definitely won't be any delayed openings for my kids school so I will have to get my ass outside and shovel tonight. Can I expect any ice accumulation up this way as the storm wraps up?

Sorry late to the party, had to go to a funeral mass, but anyway, snow started slow but piling up fast now, prob 3.5" out there....didn't measure yet, but the roads are bad, plows are out but can't keep up. Probably about an inch an hour rate...

This storm should be wrapping up between 8-9pm tonight. A dry slot is coming into west NJ now which will temporarily shut off precip in the next hour or 2. Then another batch moves in which should bring ice accumulations to the area (additional snow for those N&W of NYC) but it should not be a whole lot. Maybe another inch or less.

I'll take 2 more hours of moderate to heavy snow then dry slot. Will put me near 7" total. 56+"for the seasom. Great storm but holy shit it came in early and ended quick. Started at 1 pm and ending by 8 or 9? Wow? Short intense little bugger.

Great call on the forecast frank. Still all snow here in the north Bronx, I didn't hear any sleet yet. At least 3-4 inches plus.
