21.6° with a heavy frost, have to scrape the car windshields for the first time.... forgot where I put my scraper!

I saw a squirrel mating with another squirrel this morning. My first thought was "ew" my second thought was "but it's 24 degrees..."

Hahahahaha! I laughed out loud to this. Twice.

Hmmm, what about yesterday when you recorded 20.7, no frost then? Memory hazy?

Janet are you making up temperatures just to aggravate Mugs? I smell a Snowman type deception here.

BTW - Where the heck is Snowman? I know it's been a mild autumn but he usually shows up by now.

We did have a light frost yesterday, just not enough to scrape the cars! Sun melted most of it by the time I went out, but my kids had to scrape a little! lol Mugsy and I live about 2 miles apart, so we always compete!

Had a good frost on the car this morning around 7:30 and it was 30, not sure what the low was but hey that's cold enough for me at this stage, now lets couple this with snow plz.

Want to take a picture but it wouldn't do it justice. The Full Moon rising over the horizon of my town on Main Street right now on a clear, chilly night looks beautiful right now. Big, yellow-orange full moon just poking above the trees and rooftops. After an amazing sunset Sunday night, getting some great sky views this week.

Some snow showers for us north of NYC members on Friday? GFS says maybe.

as of nov. 25th cp is at +4.9* the record I believe is +5 so cp needs the next 5 days to ave about 5* above normal. also 1.51" 0f rain well below ave. actually it's the 5th driest nov. on record atm. and 5th month in a row of below normal precip. that is my biggest concern right now even with a raging el-nino. I understand how the summer months could be dry with such a warm pac. however I expected it, as well as many mets, to be very active by now. anywho happy thanksgiving to all. everyone have a great day!

The models are beginning to show a more active STJ in the long range. We'll see if that comes to fruition.

Its also close to being one of the warmest meterological falls on record.
Some records for highest pressure readings in Nov being set today too, for whatever its worth.

Happy Thanksgiving. Temp crashed 22 degrees from 62 peak earlier and should drop into the mid/upper 30s tonight, rebounding to mid 60s tomorrow, this is the weather that seems to make getting sick easier.

With a storm like the CMC showed I wouldnt rule out a sneaky cold layer produced by the storm turning over rain to wet snow especially away from the coast, we'll be in December, not November or October, Id have a hard time believing a low in that position with that stregnth would be all rain.

Really foggy here for down to 40 overnight hit 66° during Turkey Day. 

Question is this November looking to be the warmest ever on record?

Man is it foggy here today got to 60 yesterday but only for about 2 hours. Heading to DC with the family. Shorts and thirty down there!!

Mild night, had to open up the windows.

How warm today gets will go a long way in determining how close to warmest Nov it gets.
