Humidity or not irs too freaking hot. No pool for my usage so I'm ready for winter lol

Looks like some t-storms tomorrow night hopefully later than earlier so we can get to triple digits - lets go all the way - 97,98,99 are just teases IMO.

Latest models show a bit more in the way of clouds and rain. Should prevent temps from exceeding 100 degrees. Will probably be 92-96

It's all about dewpoints

Yep, I am hearing low 70 dew point which is pretty humid. If WRF is correct the parameters for severe weather are gping to be ripping. Supercell (SCP) levels are going to be very high around 1-4pm and CAPE pushing 2000-4000+ j/kg (can that be right? seems awfully high for the area) and simulated radar shows some pretty serious storms later in the evening rolling through. I did not note anything on the radar for the morning, if we do not get rain or cloud cover in the AM I think SPC will up chances of a bigger storm threat. Regardless of any storm potential its gonna be HOT!! Be careful if you have to go out and hopefully no one loses power, I hear Riverdale Bronx did today, and right now a large portion of the Bronx behind Gunhill Rd. is out, like 1300 customers.

Interesting SPC moved their slight area to a completely different area than last night, now they feel the best chance of (downbursts!) will be in PA and southern jersey, because cloud cover wont be a issue and other convective parameters. I think most of us see a bunch of sun as that area of storms and rain s not going to hit up here and then it will probably clear up. Wouldn't be surprised to see them extend slight area a bit more north to include NYC. maybe parts southern hudson valley.

Central and southern NJ getting rain again, hardly anything here in Bergen County....

Got a good storm earlier. Temp has dropped to 70° before rain it was 80°. I don't see it coming even close to 100° today clouds are over us and that rain dropped temps

My 10am temp/dewpoint 83/74, is the same as Ft Myers Florida !

My temp and dewpoin t are both 76

currently 81* and 85% humidity....not even fit outside for pool..think we will have PJ Day...sun is starting to come out...128 days until meteorological winter!!

92* full sun/77* DP - feels like YUCK outside.

RGEM, 4K NAM and HRRR all barking at t-storms this afternoon - if we can get them later than sooner and we do not get cloud debris we have a shot at 100's If we have clouds we are mid 90's 95-96 ( hope that year comes out again!!!)

Severe t-storm watch was issued for most of the area, storms are popping, model runs show some intense storms around 00z which is what 6 or 7?

Wow just got home from work. Got .77 of an inch from storms this morning. Current dewpoin t is at 80° never seen it that high. Currently 94° realfeel of 103°

The storms over East Central PA just north of Allentown are legit. Look to be heading straight for New York City metro. looks like we're going to get hit good today. already had a heavy shower here in White Plains.
