Wet snow here in Manhattan, paved surfaces are warm and precipitation came in later than expected; not really sticking yet, at least not here. Hoping I won't have to shovel later at home on Long Island; need to save my back for Tuesday! TGIF everyone...

Down to 31 here. all non-paved surfaces covered. Walked from my parking spot to my classroom and was harassed about my "prediction" the entire way. Oh boy!! Evil or Very Mad

Ground depth is less, though, as is to be expected with a warm ground. Aside from the elevations, though, numbers appear to be largely on track for all of our forecasts so far.

Did you get a measurement in Fishkill yet? A little over 3 inches here 20 miles south of you.

3.8" on my truck bed canvas (great for unmelted depth), 3.0" OTG. Light snow falling.

Was very light for an hour but all of a sudden, picked up to moderate. 3 inches on the ground.

Just started snowing lightly, but no rain ahead of that and we should have 4+ hours of decent snow, so this could turn into a nice little event for the central Shore. Especially if I end up remembering today (my birthday) as 'The Great Appetizer'!

2" here by eyeball in A'Dale and snowing moderately - just wish the colder temps got in here a few hours earlier and the snow along with it - started at 6AM, roads just getting a covering up here.
