It's coming straight down the Hudson folks right from these towns.

Lake placid NY -20 right now, Albany 1, IMBY 4.5, Central Park 14.

The 12Z GFS had Central Park 15 at 7pm with a projected low of 5. I I said earlier NYC will probably be 10-11 degrees by 7pm and the GFS WILL be high by 4-5 degrees.

Look out 0 Central Park. It's coming.

Already 10.5* here in Saint James, LI with a wind chill of 0. About 4-5" of snow on the ground. Im thinking i'll go below 0 tonight.

Actually CP, the 4:51 PM temperature for Central Park just came out at 12 degrees!

GFS had them projected for 15 at 7 PM with a low of 5.

My confidence is building that 0 will finally be breached.

Currently Sustained winds of 18 with gusts in the twenties. According to my weather station temp 10.8* with wind chills between -5 and -10*(-7.2). Sitting in front of the fire with vino thankful for my home right now.
