45 mph gusts. Would be really cool with a band of snow...
btw.
Give me another NAM run like this and I think I'm hitting 81 N tomorrow.

Well, trying to find a silver lining, I'm hoping at least to see a personal record low barometric pressure as the center of the low passes almost directly over me tomorrow...

Jman, I live in LIC now right by the Queensboro Bridge and East River. It’s windier here on a “normal” day so it should get pretty wild. You’ll definitely get big winds in Westchester too though! Best of luck with the procedure, btw. I had those when I was 19 and they are THE worst kinda pain. Sending good thoughts!

Road tripping. About 1.5 hours from my hood. Can’t make it to Towanda. Conditions too bad. Visibility 1/4 mile. SN+. Winds probably 25 gusting to 35.
Snow won’t come to me so doing the needful.

Great Jman, hope that did the trick for you! Yes, wind ripping up here too.
Dropped to 37, windy and a few light flurries.Hoping for a snow shower or two to whiten up the property.

Couldn't get to Towanda. Tunkhannock had about 4" when i left and it was still snowing. Towanda on north was where the real action was my guess is that area had at least 7". I got a late start and couldn't make it there as it was a mess on roads...
On the way home Poconos was getting pasted. Meanwhile the Piedmont and Lehigh Valley was wet snow melting on contact. Old Man Winter was laughing at me!

Quick wet snow shower came and went in all of 5 minutes. 37 degrees.
It's quiet now but the sound of the wind was like a train.
