true enough, rb do you think i could see over 2 ft? I mean the 24 on the CMC has now hit my area, and the trend has as we seen for that area of 30+ to move NW or West into jersey and parts of NY or do you think it stops there? Honestly though I do not care, 24 will still be crippling, and they gotta say 12-24 now cuz people are go be stranded left and right if this verifies.

Honestly, I’m not the best person to ask at this stage, Jman, but my honest opinion is no.

Well, based on tonight's runs I'm already working on my 2nd/Fiinal call snow map. The first one is out the window already unless there are big changes overnight. lmao

Hell yeah Jman, I'm hoping for the goods as well. Little nervous about things moving north. However, I've been in a solid spot most of the way.

Criky, the wind forecasts on all the models is not good, its go be a prolific blizzard if the winds verify, this is go be awesome, i hope no one loses power though and we do have going for us theres no leaves on trees.

FROM a amateur student met

NAM: 24"

3km NAM: 17" (in a subsidence zone)

RGEM: 21.1"

GFS: 15"

GFS PARA: 19"

CMC: 21"

GEFS: ~14"

the fact that we're getting as much from the globals as the mesos is incredible

I am in touch with him, he said he has taken the stance of not paying attention to the weather and not caring which has worked in his favor for a good storm, appears he will do pretty well so kudos lol

Would be qyuite something, honestly when is the last time NYC say 2 ft? Models are all pretty close as mugs posted above and the models arent done yet IMO, and then comes nowcasting which could be heartbreaking for some and roids for others lol, might we see a bigger monster up top at some pt Frank? LOL prolly asking too much, ill back down.

Which, if you think about that, that’s pretty remarkable. Only five years between 30” storms. Binghamton has had two 40” storms in three years. Wild stuff.

NWS is taking heed on the areas we are seeing on the models, i think the 12-18 will go up and spread east a bit to match franks map a bit closer, i agree with franks map pretty much, i hope he doesnt change his mind for worse.
