That's a rapid freeze.

This morning it was 38 with basically no wind chill. Now it's 4 with a wind chill of -19. A drop of 57 degrees in feel from 9 AM this morning til now. I don't see how people can't be fascinated by weather.

I just went to take the garbage out and my storm door was frozen shut. Car doors were the same.

My car trunk had to be pryed open it was really stuck. The wind is thindering now, i think the change in direction must have put it on my side the building, hence why I did not hear it last night. Not sure what the gusts are but its loud and i can actually feel the vibration in the floor of a concrete building.

Blizzard warnings through much of upstate New York from Buffalo to Watertown for anywhere from 2 to 4 feet of snow.

My question, how can a snow lover like yourself live on the periphery of all that white gold but 99 times out of 100 be just a little to far south or East to cash in? I’d lose my mind, within two years.

At 14* and had a 5 minute snow shower!! Wind gusts are low upper 20's to low 30's.
Wild weather. Extremes are upon us and will be for a bunch more years.

The trick is to be proactive and lose your mind years in advance. Seriously though, my family is here and, being disabled, they help me a bit so I'm not in a hurry to move away.
