55 degrees at 7 pm. We had about 10 drops a bit earlier. On the house side with the drainage, i have some cracks in the soil due to extreme dryness. I have never seen that before. I too hope forca bit if rain to see what happens on that side.

My car is black as well...waiting for heavy rain or all trees to pop..pollen so thick on the car

I went to the car wash Saturday. By Sunday it was covered in a mixture of bugs, pollen, dew and light rain splattering. Truly not money well spent.

Hit 85* here today, really needed the A/C in the apartment. Leaving the windows open didn't cut it, at least it was only for one day.

Yeah yesterday was a good "test" day for the Air Conditioning. Had to give-in and put mine on when I got home. Cooled things down nicely. At least if anyone's AC wasn't working, it gives them some time to get it fixed before the real summer heat arrives in a few weeks.

our nest takes care of when it has to go on...lol and we don't open windows right now..the pollen is too thick..I feel like a prisoner..with no fresh air in the house.. Very Happy

I wanted to wash the windows but will wait a bit they are so covered in pollen not worth it..so no fresh air and no clean windows..lol

Fast moving storm just came over the mountain from Pennsylvania, heavy rain thunder and lightning, looks like it will just miss East NJ but hit upstate NY.

It’s been raining here since 8:15 ish. Steady. 59. I am waiting for thunderstorms. There was a hint of that at the beginning. Where has Doc been?

Game at CitiField ended just in time, we didn't hit rain until we got to LaGuardia. Ended by the time we got to the Harlem River Drive. A little lightning, but not as bad as I heard it was at home. At least it was enough to wash the pollen off the car! btw it was $1 hot dog night, 44,259 sold, (22,000 in attendance) my son ate 8 dogs, my sister and I 2 each.

Hit 75 today, took a ride to Warwick Winery to enjoy the day. Hopefully we've turned the corner of those miserable cold, rainy days!
