[ quote="SoulSingMG"]IN SHORT: CMC, UKIE, JMA all MECS.
GFS is the outlier currently but still not a horrible run & improved from 00z.
Awaiting Miss EURO...[/quote]
just want to be clear on this all those models mentioned above would create serious precipitation type issues for coastal areas and New York City we probably want It to move about 50 miles east from those models. again north and west of 287 it would be a major East Coast storm not for the City Long Island and coastal sections
GFS is the outlier currently but still not a horrible run & improved from 00z.

Yeah, I guess a tiiiiiiick east. But as frank said, he doesn't see the pattern suggesting a track as west as CMC. And even still, with isothermal cooling it's a paste bomb from NYC on north and west.

Re: Update #4: Final Call Snow Map
We're getting close to be inside of 72 hours. starting to get a little more excited but don't want to hear about coastal precip. issues. If it bombs the way it looks we should be ok.

Ok got on another computer hold for CMC snow map, many won't like it some will. Al we get it good, and this probably does not totally take into consideration any of that cooling stuff people talking about because verbatim some rai nfalls too which could actually be snow. Any others you guys want?

I wouldn't change a thing here, however I know it will change several times before Saturday, hopefully for the better for all.
