Snow shower at 3 and then flurries at 4. My Nemo LOL

yeah nice surprise heavy fluries at about 4 today.

Yeah it was a heavy flurry with broken coulds yesterday afternoon, was a holiday mood feeling, havent had a december like this in years, hopefully its a sign of a great winter incoming.

Sixth day of December, sixth day this month it snows here in Albany.

Okay peeps - Bernie Rayno and NsfwWx have been on this and look what Mr. No EURO shows - it s a front with the cold air swing ing in on the backside with lots of moisture - a 1-3" maybe 2-4" type of event - shades of 1993-94

Every model now has the Anafrontal and trending stronger

So how is this potential for wed. Looking? Tv says rain ending as a mix of rain and snow. Won't get accumulation out of that.

Wow cmc big hit 6 plus for most!! I'm go temper any expectations after the last one though.

Cold day today. Right now 30 with forecast low of 10.

Its been a nice, crisp cold weekend. Pretty cool that over the last 60 days or longer our temps have averaged normal to below normal. We've been use to seeing temps being above normal, especially this past Autumn.

6 degrees at 7 am this morning. Love the sound of snow crunching underfoot. The smell of the woodstove outside. Coming inside to a breakfast of pancakes. Lovely day until I took my son for his driving lesson. Eeeeeek!!!!

Low of 16.1 this morning.

low of 8.8° this morning with 8 inches of snow still on the ground mostly compressed from the 12 that fell earlier in the week.

We had a low of 23 this morning

18* for my low this morning and I drove to see my friend in Oakland and from Hillsdale to Oakland the temp dropped 3 degrees and the snow depth went from about 1" here to about 6" up there. It is a winter wonderland up there amazing and beautiful.

What a difference a day makes.. currently 44* and raining cats and dogs..be safe out there and Happy Monday

32 degrees and raining. Driveway is icy but school is going on with no delays.

Mugs, if we are not snowed under the day after your birthday, take if off. You will need it.

7 inches of compressed solid snow cover still on the ground. It will be interesting and depressing to see how much snow if any remains on the ground 36 hours from now.

An 1 inch of rain and still pouring imagine if this was snow we would be dancing right now

I have 1.47" in the bucket as of 11:30 pm and 52°. Such a wet day :-(

41° snow cover down to three inches exposing the sleet layer that fell on the first.

Spiked up to 46 sometime during the night. Not loving the rain but still 10 days into December and there's been a solid snow cover every day, no complaints there.

Hoping to cash in on a couple of inches tonight, hopefully more for the south and east folks.

The 17th-18th looking interesting to say the least, but way to far out for me to get excited yet. As always so much can change in a week.
