Just had a Snow Squall Warning issued for Somerville. May be the first time I've gotten one of those. In any event, dark skies to the north and west so I should be in for a good 10-15 blast of snow.

Winter wonderland here! Snowing for the past hour or so, and if you look closely, you can see icicles on the shrubs that have been there since yesterday.

Edit: Looking at Google Maps, I think I got home just before the roads became awful. That was some nutty snow I was driving through on 287 about an hour ago.

Looks to be just about over now, but I got an inch of snow! It should stick around for a couple of days because it’s going to be so cold. I’ll take it!

Haven't been to Hiram's in years! Used to go there and Callahan's back in the day. You live in a great location. Great pics btw!

I used to stop at Hirams in 1968 when I worked in high school at Hoebels Florist.The dogs are still cooked the same way as back then.Never went to Callahan's as the owner's son was in my High School class was a flaming you know what,LOL.
I was in Fort Lee today when the squall went through, great 10 minute blizzard that dumped maybe an inch.

Picked up an 1"! Several squalls came through. Not nearly as intense as last year, but longer and more of them.

4.25" for December. Can Old Man Winter given me a few more before December end? Would love to surpass the average December for a change.
