I think the HRRR is into something. Total the precip for 18 hrs, look where the precip field is pointing. Maybe move it up 30 miles to the NW.? Interesting? Then take my ratio forecast and a lot of “fluffy” snow!

This storm reminds me of January 2016 blizzard. Snow started Friday evening but really didn't know we'd be impacted the way we were in the end at that time. Then late Friday night / early Saturday you started learning things took a turn and we were in the cross hairs.

Hoping this plays out the same.

Hopefully, I live in Wayne, so we seem to be in close proximity. Hopefully we both win. fingers crossed.

Not gonna catch a seizure lol. I hope so too in 2016 I got like 27 I think. Doubt that but who knows.

Tiny flakes started at 5:45. Bigger flakes but little intensity started at 6, and at 6:30 the light snowfall started. Sticking immediately of course.

Too bad, you’re getting both. Good news is things look good to me. Better news?? 850 is closed off about 75 miles southwest of where any of todays guidance had it. We take.

HI Jim. You should see an inch or maybe 2. Southern and SE Dutchess in particular could see 6, I'm in between, around 3-4.

The atmosphere is moist from all the flurries today. Shouldnt see much virgo. Once radar shows arrival snow should follow shortly.
