Anyone know if there were recorded winds 60 plus in yonkers. The trees the splintered or upr.opted were big. It couldn't have been less than 60mph.

it's pretty much cleaned up but if ypu look on the left you will se big gaps and cut up trees. One spot there is a power line held up by rope as the pole inside the woods snapped. Not sure how they will fix that one. A woman told me some of them just got their power back last night. Very localized. I couldn't see anywhere else that was like that. I'm down the street and although the winds howled and whipped around there was no damage but I'm also behind tibbetts so that amazes me.

Anyone experience the high winds the svr thunderstorm warnings in jersey suggest? Seems like going to be active year for severe weather, though not widespread I do not recall even this many watches or warnings all year last yr..

Reports of hail in southeast PA and 66 mile an hour wind gust in Millville New Jersey. My temperature just dropped 6 degrees. 57 degrees in the middle of June love it unless I was going to the beach Very Happy

Love it outside right now crisp and cool looks like a great day on tap highs in 70d. Low humidity. Saturday afternoon looks like the potential is their for severe weather. Any thoughts?

Looks like the models backed off the severe weather for NJ, NYS Hudson Valley looks to maybe get some action.
