Yeah, a lot of these precip events have been shunted south....glad for us because we have graduation tonight for our district...

looks like light drizzle right now, good thing don't live south all the bad stuff going down there

I have not ever had to and hate to but man Frank you were dead wrong, not a drop of rain and even some sun. Nothing even remotely close on radar. Might wanna take down that scroll lol, hey totally kidding around we all make mistakes, models can fool us as do patterns. I for one am happy it didnt rain have be outside today and I hate getting soaked.

79* and overcast here. Some pop up showers around. Wonder if that larger area of showers/storms in north central PA right now holds together and gets here this evening or if it falls apart. Either way, haven't had to cut the grass in over a week (not complaining - although the brownish hue isn't aesthetically pleasing).

77 deg and mostly cloudy this weather has been great but enough already its boring no rain or thunderstorms when will we see rain i dont mind a great warm dry pattern but now lets see some thunderstorms

thru the morning of june 24th cpk has zero 90* days and only 1 day of low temp above 70* so far this month. no need for a/c at night. can't have better weather than this except 15* with wind driven snow at 2-3" per hour.

I dunno, my a/c has been broken and the nights are pretty uncomfortable. It has been worse though. A fully detached home with air flow in all directions maybe helps.
Once you get a few sunny days in the 80's a couple hrs below 70 doesn't do much vs all the built up heat in the bldgs etc.
Without a/c my indoor temp sits around 84 - 86 and doesn't move much, it actually maxes out at night.
Low humidity for the most part has been the saving grace so far.

Tone i live in mt vernon at the bottom of a hill it gets very cool by my house I'm at least five degrees cooler than Central Park. that's why i only turned on the AC during the day and one or two nights so far this month. And yes the low humidity has helped so far no dews in the seventies yet. can stand that type of weather.

85F. Dry as bone, hasn't rained in nearly 3 weeks. GFS/NAM does give us a good bit of rain on Tuesday, however.

I love summers like this. It hasn't been hot at all. Hope it stays like this.

Very warm and humid had a high of 85 degs I hope we see some good showed and tstorms tom we need it bad

Getting some decent rain, atmosphere is soaked with moisture, really humid

Rain overnight into this morning have me .54 I'll take it much more needed

.28" from yesterday, just a sprinkle here and there today, very sticky, low cloud deck

Line of showers/storms to our west, hopefully add to our daily totals tonight

Lightning and thunder in Ft lee, from 24th floor can only see 200 yds, so foggy, now thunder, think the sky's are about to open up but no rain right now.

Sump pump is earning it's money right now.

severe thunderstorm warning now in effect for Fort Lee parts of NYC cloudy with lightning no rain yet

Still no rain in ft lee, just thunder, lightning and veryfoggy !
