Yeah frank shes wrapping around pressure down to 999mb, winds still at 50mph but now showing signs of developing a eye and winds extended west so they put the TS warning down to delmarva now.

WOW, did not think a eye would form, shes continuing to strengthen as she heads into cooler waters, what else will 2020 bring lordy

https://www.star.nesdis.noaa.gov/GOES/sector_band.php?sat=G16&sector=ne&band=GEOCOLOR&length=12

SPC placed area under slight for tornadoes. I wonder if HH which are out now find stronger than 50mph.

Oy! Yonkers is known for bad flooding but I think we are more on the wind side than the worst rain.

earlier special update excerpt from NHC.

RAINFALL: Fay is expected to produce 2 to 4 inches of rain with
isolated maxima of 7 inches along and near the track from the lower
Maryland Eastern Shore and Delaware northward into New Jersey,
eastern Pennsylvania, southeast New York, and southern New England.
These rains may result in flash flooding where the heaviest amounts
occur. Widespread river flooding is not expected at this time.
