Recent sattelite looks like she's starting to try to wrap all way around a bit. 50mph storm now, doesn't look to go inland until literally landfall on NYC per latest cone. Winfield grew on eastern side too.

Madonne the storm looks quite intense already. Someone is going to get close or above three inches of rain in NNJ. Be safe out there. Prepare for some power outages

Yeah frank shes wrapping around pressure down to 999mb, winds still at 50mph but now showing signs of developing a eye and winds extended west so they put the TS warning down to delmarva now.

SPC placed area under slight for tornadoes. I wonder if HH which are out now find stronger than 50mph.

It would but depending on where the strongest winds are could give us more wind. Will be heading down to the hudson river later, ill take some pics.

Mugs dunno if you saw above but HH finding inds in the 60-70mph level flight level and one max wind to 74.8mph.

At 959 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain falling across
portions of the warned area. Up to four inches of rain have already
fallen.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing flash
flooding.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Cape May, North Wildwood, Wildwood Crest, Sea Isle City, Avalon, West
Cape May, Stone Harbor, Cape May Court House, Scotch Bonnet, Diamond
Beach, Green Creek, Goshen, Strathmere, Rio Grande, North Cape May,
Villas, West Wildwood, Erma and Whitesboro-Burleigh.

From HH report, mission still ongoing:

Maximum Flight Level Wind: 65kts (~ 74.8mph) which was observed 47 nautical miles (54 statute miles) to the NNW (343°) from the flight level center at 12:37:00Z
Sea Level Pressure Extrapolation From: 925mb

This system looks to be slow-moving. I expect higher rain totals out of this thing.

RAINFALL: Fay is expected to produce 2 to 4 inches of rain with
isolated maxima of 7 inches along and near the track from the lower
Maryland Eastern Shore and Delaware northward into New Jersey,
eastern Pennsylvania, southeast New York, and southern New England.
These rains may result in flash flooding where the heaviest amounts
occur. Widespread river flooding is not expected at this time.

Hey g u us is this getting stronger gear than they said 40 mph from east we are ok..but 60 scares me we are in a marinas in assigning...tied up really well.

winds are 50mph gusting to 65mph, but id say gusts probaby more widespread around 50.
