Getting rocked actually by a micro thin band of heavy snow and wind...at the Shore! Already coated the ground.

Re: Possible Christmas Day Storm
My Christmas miracle was brief but heavy snow while the kids were opening presents. No accumulation but it was perfect anyway.
Buon Natale!! :santa

Yes major bust here too. Looked promising and then just dried out. Oh well Merry Christmas to all and let’s look forward to the end of the week, but cherish this wonderful Christmas Day!
When everyone says 3 inch and you get nothing, its hard not to complain! Especially when you counted on it for the money! I made 50 bucks because we got a quick squal that coated the pavement though so better than nothing I guess.

I live in the county where the lake effect bands end. Imagine seeing advisories, watches and warnings for your county only to realize they mean the other end of the county.

That has to be painful Aresian.I have often thought that when I see these Lake Effect storms dump 30 inches, a few towns over get next to nothing due to the bands fading out.I would have to move into the target zone for sure,LOL.
We need a good area wide snowstorm that hits our whole reporting area. Here's hoping that happens this winter.
