Pouring rain overnight, total of 1.04" Temps are at 37.8* and rising fast. Expecting to see some localized street flooding from the runoff and snow melt. Most people haven't been able to find sewer drains under the snow mounds.

Temp 32.5° snow pack at 14.5 inches was 16 late yesterday afternoon. So compacting going on with the feezing rain/rain that fell but overall not bad. If I get to tonight with a foot still otg I'll call it a win and hope for a rebuild on Thursday.

39* the rain .77 that we got actually woke me up in the middle of the night..not used to hearing rain hit the windows..it was pretty heavy for a short bit of time. still lots of snow on the ground..

43* and solid snowpack of about 14-16" still.
Tonight will turn this to concrete again with temps in the teens overnight and early AM

Had a brief period of ice out the outset I think but this was mostly a heavy rain event here. Was awoken a couple times by the large sheets of frozen snow sliding of the roof and crashing to the ground. lol. Any snow that doesn't melt today will be around for awhile between the colder temps coming in and the additional snow cover, maybe coated with ice, Thursday into Friday.
